Professor. Dr. Ali Abdul Aziz, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Graduate Studies and Research received the Chinese delegation headed by Prof. Liu Ming, president of the University of South China, to discuss cooperation between the two universities. This was in the frameworks through the implementation of cooperation and exchange programs in the areas of graduate studies and scientific research, and in the presence of Prof. Mona Fouad Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun (Languages) and d. Assem Abo El-Maati Director of International Cooperation Office of the University.

The meeting resulted in an agreement to establish a base for the teaching of Chinese language teachers and students, and the study of Chinese history and culture. As well as scientific exchanges between the two parties in literary and medical fields and short-term Decisions, as well as the activation of a double international programs in which student learning the Chinese language and the various sciences like agriculture, engineering and medicine.

The two sides agreed to make strides as a prelude to conclude a detailed agreement will be activated via electronic correspondence between the Faculty of Al-Alsun (Languages) Chinese Language Department and the Representative of the University of South China.
